Renda's impact is fairly visible especially with him being such charismatic and diligent co-worker. As a professional cook he spent some time abroad in Malta and Canada. He loves cooking homemade pasta or Taiwanese curry, but most of all he adores preparation of pampered sauces, which he enjoys the most. As he himself says, he has great mental endurance, which of course must not be missing in any professional kitchen. Guests and his co-workers enjoy the most his wide smile.

Jaruška is part of our hotel for a little longer than 10 years now. Becoming pastry chef was a complete coincidence. Most important thing for her in being Pastry chef is teamwork and communication. Her strongest skills are speed, diligence, improvisation and endurance.
